Information you provide

If you place an order, the store collects the delivery name, email address, phone number and postal address you provide, along with the items and order reference. Payment details are collected by the payment provider; Kyume does not ask for or store your card number or UPI PIN.

How it is used

Order information is used to create and verify your payment, dispatch your items, provide order support and maintain business records. Do not send payment credentials or sensitive personal information to Kyume by email.

Service providers and retention

The payment gateway processes payments. The store keeps order records in its order database so the seller can fulfil orders and respond to payment questions. The seller must set and follow an appropriate retention and deletion schedule for its legal and business obligations.

For privacy questions or requests, use the customer-care details published by the seller. The store owner must provide a working customer-care contact before accepting orders.
